TTI Global Impact Awards
Diversity & Inclusion: Our Awards Areas and Targets
According to HBR, research repeatedly shows that companies with diversity in senior leadership significantly outperform their all-white, all-male counterparts. Diverse leadership generates better financial performance, stronger innovation and higher levels of startup success. Yet - gender and racial stereotyping, unconscious bias and systemic economic barriers still hinder diversified inclusion.
The “Diversity & Inclusion” category of the TTI Global Impact Awards looks at how to transition towards diverse, inclusive ways of living in order to support and enable all areas of impact.
