Top Tier Impact (TTI) is the global members-only ecosystem of investors, entrepreneurs and experts focused on solving the critical issues of our time. With more than 600 members across 45 countries, “TTIers” oversee some of the leading impact funds and run some of the most impactful companies.
We are hiring a Direct of Operations for our network.
You will be responsible for growing it and for maintaining high satisfaction rates among our members.
In this role, you will:
Grow and manage our funnel of incoming applicants
Improve our network management processes and products as we scale
Be responsible for customer success and interfacing with members
Oversee our member programming: events, content, channels
Coordinate our global ambassadors to deliver on their targets
About you:
You have operational experience in a startup environment and a proven track record of delivering on targets
You are highly organised and enjoy taking ownership of your activities
You are happy working remotely and operate well independently
You care about people and you can listen attentively to their needs
