TTI isn’t a space for right vs wrong - “you should” is always replaced by “in my experience”

They don’t take things personally
TTI is a space where respectful debates happen frequently and where diverging points of view spark curiosity, not resentment

2. How TTIers show up at our events

Honouring commitment
If you RSVP to a TTI event, we expect you to join it. You have 2 no shows in one year. 

Attendance
We expect you to join at least 1 event per quarter, 4 events per year - when you join the tribe we want you fully in!

Full participation
When you attend a TTI event, we expect you to partake in the conversation.
