We’re seeking a Head of Global Events & Cultural Impact to lead our flagship global gatherings (~3 major moments per year + select side events).
This is a senior, project-based role, ideal for someone who can curate powerful rooms, secure and manage sponsors, and turn events into long-term partnerships, capital, and real outcomes.
You will lead TTI’s global events strategy — from concept to execution — across main moments such as:
World Economic Forum (Davos)
Climate Week NYC
COP and key climate/sustainability conferences worldwide
Plus curated investor dinners, founder roundtables, and private salons throughout the year.
Your goal: Create high-signal spaces where the right people meet, meaningful conversations happen, and aligned capital moves into real solutions.
Your Mission
What You’ll Own
🌍 Global Event Strategy & Sponsorship
Design and lead TTI’s flagship global events
Identify, secure, and manage sponsors for these gatherings
Deliver investor panels, curated dinners, and ecosystem events
Maintain a high bar for quality, relevance, and outcomes
🎤 Curation & Programming
Source top-tier speakers, investors, and partners
Shape practical, forward-looking, and capital-relevant agendas
🤝 Ecosystem & Sponsor Growth
Build and manage strong sponsor and partner relationships
Use events to expand TTI’s global network and partnerships
⚡ Execution Excellence
Lead production, logistics, and coordination end-to-end
Who This Is For
You might be a great fit if you:
Have built or led high-quality global events and have experience managing sponsors in the past
Understand impact investing, climate, or innovation spaces (impact, finance, tech, or adjacent ecosystems)
Know how to attract the right audiences and world-class speakers
Think in systems: culture, capital, community, execution
Are entrepreneurial, organized, and comfortable owning outcomes
This is not a logistics role.
This is ecosystem architecture through experience.
Role Structure
Project-based / per event (not full-time)
Typically focused on ~3 major global moments per year
Additional strategic side events as needed
Compensation is structured on a per-event and sponsorship basis, aligned with the scale and success of each gathering.
Opportunity to grow scope through sponsor partnerships and ecosystem expansion.
