Welcome to our community! To keep the network productive, respectful, and valuable for everyone, please follow these guidelines:


1. Respect and Professionalism

  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of other members.

  • Do not share personal information, conversations, or sensitive content outside the network without explicit written permission.

3. Compliance

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Use the network for its intended purpose related to impact, sustainability, and professional growth.

  • Don’t use the network for anything illegal, harmful, or dishonest.

4. Reporting Issues

  • If you experience or witness any violations of this policy, please report them to support@toptierimpact.com. We take every concern seriously and will look into it carefully. Reporting problems helps us keep the community safe and positive for everyone.

5. Fees, Refunds and Cancellations
       
   Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • We do not provide refunds after automatic renewals have been processed.

  • Once your membership expires or is cancelled, your pricing will no longer be locked in. If you decide to rejoin later, your membership will be subject to the current pricing tier at that time.  

   Membership Renewals

  • Memberships renew automatically at the end of each subscription period.

   Membership Cancellation

  • Members can cancel anytime through the Members’ Area on our website. We recommend canceling at least 2 days before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. 

   Membership Access

  • Members retain access to benefits and resources until the end of the paid membership period.

   Billing Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your membership or billing, please contact our support team promptly (support@toptierimpact.com)

6. Account Updates

  • Members are responsible for keeping their account information, including payment details and contact info, up to date.

7. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.
